“Convenient location, but the stay fell short in other ways. The staff wasn’t very welcoming — there was little to no engagement during our interactions. The furnishings throughout felt dated and showed visible wear. Most concerning, I found hair in the tub that wasn’t mine, which was a hygiene issue I didn’t expect. Location aside, the overall experience needs improvement.”

"If you are driving to this hotel, you should be aware that the outside looks nothing like you would expect for a Sheraton. We drove past the place and through the parking lot several times because it didn’t look like a hotel. We ultimately had to compare it to the pictures on the Hotels.com site ..."

"Great location--to the right as you walk out of the station (look out for the bikes!) If you're driving it's a bit trickier but there's a safe approach coming from the opposite direction from the station. Everything was great about the hotel. The shower door was sticky, that's about it."
