Cosy, rustic house "Il Casello", 2 storeys, built in 1920, surrounded by trees and meadows. 2.5 km from the centre of Pescia Romana, 13 km from the centre of Capalbio, in a sunny position, 2 km from the sea, 2 km from the beach, in the countryside. Private: large, well-kept garden (fenced), swimming pool (6 x 12 m, depth 140 - 300 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 30.Sep.). Arbour, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. Heating available only from 08.Nov. - 07.Apr.. Parking on the premises. Bar 400 m, sandy beach "Ultimaspiaggia" 2 km. Nearby attractions: Ansedonia 16 km, Orbetello 25 km, Giardino dei Tarocchi 7 km, Vulci 28 km, Monte Argentario 30 km, Montalto di Castro 15 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Bolsena 50 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: railway line closeby 10 m from the property.
