Take in all the lake views, including White River Light House from inside the top level main living space. Watch the boats come in and out of the channel! Take a few minute walk to Lake Michigan and walk the channel that you see from the house. Enjoy all the lake has to offer with a sandy beach and sand dunes to climb. There is a herd of deer in the lake area and we really enjoyed watching them wander around the yard and through the woods. It's peaceful and just the right amount of lake activity (boats, fisherman) to make it fun to watch from the deck(s). Very quiet location. The owner is very responsive, and friendly. Just a 5 minute walk to a wonderful Lake Michigan beach. You can watch boats go in and out of the channel, and see the deer play in the yard, all from the comfort of the balcony. Very quiet and private location.
