Our condo, only accessible by the stairs, is perfect for groups of travelers looking for a convenient and affordable place to stay in Mont Tremblant. The condo is located on the shores of beautiful Lake Tremblant, just steps away from the water. We take pride in providing a warm and inviting atmosphere for our guests. From the moment you arrive, you'll feel right at home in this charmingly decorated, professionally maintained unit. Our condo is equipped with three comfortable mattresses, a fully appointed kitchen with high-end appliances, and two spacious bathrooms. We also provide free Wi-Fi, Netflix, and a welcome basket with fresh coffee. You will be in the heart of Mont Tremblant, surrounded by some of the best outdoor activities in the world. Whether you're looking for a day on the lake, a hike in the mountains, or a bike ride on the trails, Mont Tremblant has it all just a few steps away. The condo is also just a short drive from the ski resort, making it easy to get to and from the slopes. We have customer service available from 8am to 11pm daily to ensure your stay goes as smoothly as possible. All guests receive kitchen basics like olive oil, salt, pepper, and coffee on arrival. If you need any extra items or services during your stay, just let us know - we're always happy to help. Parking in Mont Tremblant can be tricky. We provide one parking space for our guests, and a lot is nearby for additional vehicles. Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Superhog. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. To cover you up to 500 CAD, it includes the choice between 1- a security deposit with a non refundable fee of 15CAD or 2- a non-refundable damage waiver of 35CAD . Superhog will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process. Bruits de 6h30 le matin à tôt en soirée. Aucun accès au lac et à la piscine Nous avons trouvé très mal honnête que le propriétaire ne nous ait pas avisé du chantier de construction à côté du condo. Nos chambres et le balcon étaient situés sur la rue qu'empruntait les bétonnières et les camions de chargement sans arrêt. Le bruit était infernal et débutait à 6h30 le matin et se terminait en début de la soirée. Nous avons peu dormi. Des clôtures de sécurité entourait le condo rendant inaccessible le lac et la piscine. Les communications étaient toujours en anglais. Comme le site est peu descriptif quant à l'équipement de la cuisine nous avions quelques questions, dont en particulier la cafetière pour savoir si nous devions apporter des filtres ou s'ils étaient fournis. Un courriel nous a indiqué qu'il s'agissait d'une cafetière à capsules. La réalité c'est qu'il y avait une cafetière filtre. Le propriétaire se trompait de propriété et nous envoyait des directives pour Montréal, alors que son condo est à Tremblant. Tout ceci et bien plus encore démontre le peu d'intérêt à répondre aux clients. Nous avons conservé les échanges écrites. Nous avons pris plusieurs photos et vidéos pour témoigner de l'environnement et de la construction. Pour toutes ces raisons, nous apprécierions recevoir un dédommagement, car le produit offert n'était pas tel que décrit sur VRBO. ##### Gilbert B.
