Enjoy life with this stunning 3-bedroom home and studio basement. This newly-built home offers beautiful views of the mountain, and easy access to the golf course, lake, mountain, and bike trails, offering an upscale lifestyle for active people.  
  
The main living area is open concept and features large windows and a cozy gas fireplace and a Smart TV. With high-quality finishings throughout, it also has a spacious balcony with a BBQ and lounge area to spend the warm summer nights, making this the perfect retreat for your family this summer and enjoy bbq dinners in the forest.   
  
The upper level has 3 bedrooms, including the master bedroom with a Smart TV and large built-in closet. The ensuite bathroom has heated floors, separate shower and bath. Two additional bedrooms, each with its own double bed bunk bed and single bed on top, a full bathroom to share.   
  
The basement area features heated concrete floor with a Murphy Bed and full bathroom with shower, and a cozy L-shaped sofa perfect for movie nights infront of the Smart TV.   
  
The garage, with an electrical outlet for an electric vehicle, is perfect for storing your sports toys (bicycles, paddle board, etc.). Air conditioning and natural gas offer you comfort while the home automation system offers ease with remote and voice control (tv, blinds, heating, air conditioning, heated floors and lights).  
  
In/out of all sports: cycling, tennis, golf, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, swimming and swimmers will be delighted with the semi-Olympic pool with 4 lanes. Walking distance to everything! And if you don't want to walk, the Station and City shuttle is at your doorstep, yes, even in summer!
