"Great staff, layout of the rooms is impressive, parking is easy. Towels were extra soft and fluffy, linens were excellent. Took us two days to find the coffee as it was tucked behind a tip envelope on a table, not in the kitchen. You know how ppl are w/o their coffee lol. Hot tub was awesome the first night but not hot enough the second (same as when we stayed here in Jan) - covering the hot tub at night would help keep it hot when overnight temperatures are cold. Shuttle was mint with one especially fabulous driver (the one with the tunes 😁)."

"Property: very old and I’m still in shocked. For the price that I’ve paid, especially at a Fairmont, I expected a beautiful and newish look. The space near the swimming pool entrance was so dirty. The indoor pool was cold. People keep coming in and out from outside pool. Room: was clean but very old furniture. Bathroom old. I’ve paid less elsewhere for better quality and service. They did not even provide a bottle of water in the room. It’s a shame that only the 7th floor is renovated. The price difference is minimal but the service is so huge. It’s big time for some renovations! "

"My sons jacket got stollen from the hot tub area. They gave us the wrong room, which we didn't know about until another family was given keys to our room. The loud drunk groups were a little much, I wouldn't have been happy if my kids were young - but my teens slept through it. Overall, the location is amazing! The room was clean and the breakfast was good. "

"Entrance to hotel was hard to find. Stains on the carpet in our room weren’t nice to looo at. Hot tub jets didn’t work. Power went out for hours and not one person followed up with us. The ladies at the front desk were very nice!! And the breakfast in the morning was a bonus. "

"The room was clean looking from the start until you looked closer. Hair in the corners and a large stain on the comforter ( the was covered up but the top blanket) only to be seen the next morning) Coffee machine was broken - when I talked with reception they said " they are new , it should work" still did not... Turn out it WAS broken. They were Very fast at replacing it, however! THE HOT TUB... NOT WORKING... Like at all. That was disappointing as that was one of the main reasons we booked there. And the breaker blew if you had the fireplace on and made coffee. I also was locked out on the balcony as my door code just wouldn't work on that door. There was a sign on it in French but not English. The staff was very friendly and helpful The beds were very comfy The place was quiet "
