On the ground floor are a spacious living-dining room with access to a terrace with a stone barbecue, fully equipped kitchen. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 complete bathroom. On the first floor is a master bedroom with a 150x200 bed with access to the terrace and a room with 2 single beds. There is also a bathroom. The house has a private garden, comfortable and quiet, with direct access to a large common area with garden and large rectangular pool. Parking possibility on the same plot. The famous beach - Playa Cristal, is located about 10 minutes walking. Unlike other beaches on the Costa Dorada, at Playa Cristal you will never experience the feeling that the beach is crowded even in high season. It is a very wide and pleasant beach with all kinds of activities. Here you will find areas for children: small playgrounds. They are very well maintained and there are several different areas for different ages. In addition, Playa Cristal has a beautiful seafront promenade with restaurants and bars and beach bars, all with terraces, where you can have a drink, taste delicious typical Mediterranean cuisine with spectacular views of the Mediterranean. The promenade connects with the beaches and the port of L'Hospitalet del Infant where you can enjoy water and sports activities, visit the market on Sundays, and it is also a place with many excellent restaurants and bars.
