- Bathroom on the ground floor and studio on the ground floor, accessible by stairs.
-You can park your car for free in a car park adjacent to the property.

The apartment is ideally located on the national highway: 10 minutes from the châteaux of Chambord, Blois, and Cheverny, and 30 minutes from Chaumont-sur-Loire. Beauval Zoo is 50 minutes away.

Just a 20-meter walk from local shops—including a bakery, a newsstand, a pizzeria, and the church. An Intermarché, a petrol station, and a pharmacy are a 5-minute walk away, and the Auchan and Lidl supermarkets are a 10-minute drive away.
