Winter Maintenance: Professional snow removal is conducted within 24 hours of any storm with 5cm or more of snowfall. A shovel and salt are also provided at the property for your convenience.
Security: For your safety and the security of the property, exterior security cameras are installed and monitor the premises.

Stayed here for a ski weekend with a bunch of friends, amazing location, super communicative host, great amenities, great location, will absolutely try to stay again!
We had a lovely stay overall, it was clean, communication with property manager was great, great living area to watch tv as a group, kitchen was nice with big long table to sit at for eating, comfortable beds, but there are some issues that need to be corrected.

Parking is brutal. Driveway is super steep. We couldn't use the hot tub because there was no path to it. Hot tub cover was broken so therefore a dirty tub. Pool table is plastic, lopsided and cheap - missing balls. Main floor bathroom has no shower pressure. Side table lamps dont' work. requested salt for driveway and no response. House feels like it was about to collapse.
Place was very clean!! and stacked with all your kitchen/cooking needs.

Ups & Downs - Take it for what it is
Although the owners seem very sweet, we encountered some unfortunate issues. We had messaged ahead of time to make sure the hot tub was winterized as this is a deal breaker when we booked. Out of a 5 day trip they only managed to get it to work on the last day when most of our group was gone and their only attempt at making it right was to offer us an extra night the day we were all leaving (most people can't take extra time off work with no notice). The back patio door that gives onto the hot tub is near impossible to open - no kid was able to open it, took a lot of force for grown ups, seems like a safety hazard. The driveway is VERY steep. Parking is tough and emptying your car is challenging. The scariest part is how difficult it is to see the speeding vehicles as you exit the driveway. It is close to Mont-Blanc which was useful for us. It was clean.
Host was very responsive. Hot tub was great very nice. Very close to the ski hill which was perfect. Driveway was very steep. The walk to the hot tub was very Icy.
Beau chalet bien situé. Petite épicerie et SAQ a une minute à pied. Nous y sommes allés pendant une semaine très chaude, et il faisait au dessus de 30 degrés à l'intérieur. Malgré les nombreux ventilateurs que nous avions apportés et les fenêtres ouvertes durant la nuit, impossible d'aérer le chalet et de faire baisser la température. Le fait que la porte patio ne s'ouvre pas car elle est brisée et condamnée n'aide sûrement pas. Une des chambres au deuxième n'avait pas de moustiquaire.Le BBQ ne va pas très bien et cuit très lentement. De plus, le stationnement consiste à coller les voitures le plus près possible du chalet pour laisser de la place dans le passage pour les gens du chalet juste un peu plus haut et rend la chose complexe et peu pratique, mais possible.
Le chalet est très vastes: 5 chambres, 3 salles de bain, le grand luxe pour 3 couples avec 3 enfants. La salle à manger est également vaste et le cuisine est super équipée. Il faut cependant savoir que le chalet est situé au bord d'une route très fréquentée dès le matin tôt.
Nous étions 10 et tous ont bien aimé le gîte. La maison est spacieuse, bien équipée, propre et confortable. Le spa a été très apprécié après le ski au mont Blanc qui est tout près. Les enfants se sont amusés avec les jeux et jouets.

Confortable, mais…
Le chalet est bien équipé (spa foyer) et les lits très confortables. Toutefois, une douche (celle au 2e étage) ne fonctionnait pas et coulait en continu. *Attention: pas de stationnement*. On nous a dit d’aller se stationner au stationnement public de la gare, à 5 min à pieds.Les salles de bains nécessiteraient des rénovations, ainsi que les portes (porte patio pour aller au spa) et fenêtres de l’étage embuées . . Sommes toutes, nous avons apprécié notre cours séjour.)
