Guests have access to the entire property, including the private hot tub, backyard and lounging areas. The heated pool is seasonal, typically opening sometime in May and closing around late September, with exact dates depending on weather conditions. The screened gazebo, BBQ and gas fire pit are available from April to November.

A secure locker is available for skis, snowboards, bikes and other sports gear. The key is provided on-site; losing it may result in a $75 fee to cover management and avoid disruptions for future guests.

Ski Mont-Blanc and MBPark are just 650 m away (approx. 8-minute walk). Access and passes are managed independently by Ski Mont-Blanc and MBPark, must be purchased separately and are not included with your stay.
