"We arrived at the hotel early and attempted to check in, but the receptionist didn’t seem very willing to assist us. We chose this hotel mainly for the gym, which turned out to be very small and not well-maintained. On the bright side, the room had a very comfortable bed, the breakfast was excellent, and the location is conveniently close to everything"

However, the traffic on these avenues is heavy and there are many trucks, so it requires great care and defensive driving because most do not observe safe distance and I witnessed an accident between a passenger car and a truck for not following these rules. "We had a pleasant stay at Life Residence, had some issues but they were promptly resolved. The AC in our room wasn’t working properly and we were promptly moved to a different room. Tried to wash clothes in the laundry room but machines didn’t work properly we wasted a lot of time but again they promptly helped and paid for us to use a laudromat nearby. Bed was smaller than expected but confortable. Pool area was nice with a great view of the city. Location was the best , close to attractions and shopping area. "

"Most of the staff were helpful and professional, especially the staff in the restaurant who were friendly. However the first time I checked in the man was very unhelpful and told me there was no booking in my name and tried to sell me a room. I was upset and then he said 'I need your passport'. I told him again I had booked and paid for a room and he seemed to nod and I gave my passport. He had found my booking but didn't tell me or apologise and there was no welcome. The second time I checked in, the woman has welcoming, friendly and professional. She also spoke excellent English. "
