The newly renovated apartment is in a very central and quiet location in Monschau-Konzen. The neighboring town of Imgenbroich with numerous shops is approx. 1.5 km away. It is about 3 km to the historic old town of Monschau. Parking and storage space for bicycles / motorbikes are available.

In the immediate vicinity (approx. 900m) is the Hohe Venn and the RAVEL route (bike path)

Eine wunderschöne moderne Ferienwohnung, welche von der Vermieterin liebevoll eingerichtet wurde. In der Ferienwohnung ist wirklich alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Eine Auswahl an "Tupperdosen", Backpapierzuschnitte, Kosmetiktücher und weitere Dinge sind bisher in Ferienwohnungen nicht vorhanden gewesen. Hervorzuheben ist außerdem, dass es neben der normalen Kaffeemaschine (Filtertüten sind auch dabei), auch eine SENSEO-Kaffeemaschine vorhanden ist. Kaffeepulver oder Pads muss man sich natürlich selbst mitbringen. Es wird reichlich Informationsmaterial zur Verfügung gestellt für Wanderungen oder Interessante Orte und Ausflugsziele in der Umgebung. Direkt vor dem Haus konnte auch geparkt werden. Meiner Meinung nach eine wirklich Hervorragende und Außergewöhnliche Ferienwohnung zum fairen Preis welche deutlich über dem Durchschnitt bei dem Preisniveau liegt. Die Vermieterin wohnt im Haus und ist super nett. Jederzeit wieder und eine klare Empfehlung von uns.

Schöne Ferienwohnung
Gemütliche Wohnung mit allem was man benötigt, sogar 2 Kaffeemaschinen (Senseo und Filter) und Tupper Behälter in allen Sorten und Größen. Zum Empfang ein Fläschchen Wein, Betthupferl auf dem Kissen und Osterhasen Besuch am Sonntag. Für unsere Fahrräder war Platz in der Garage und bei Fragen hatte unsere Vermieterin Monika schnell eine Antwort oder Lösung. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Alles bestens
Die Wohnung ist gut und mit allem ausgestattet. Wir hatten viel Glück mit dem Wetter und konnten so den größten Vorteil der Wohnung voll ausnutzen: Die Lage. Die ist optimal für Ausflüge auf dem nahen Vennbahnradweg, nach Monschau oder ins Hohe Venn. Aber auch die Rurtalsperre und viele andere tolle Orte sind gut erreichbar.

Wir wurden durch die Gastgeberin sehr herzlich empfangen und erhielten einige gute Ausflugstipps von ihr. In der sehr schön eingerichteten Wohnung lag zudem noch massig Infomaterial über potenzielle Ausflugsziele in der Gegend bereit. Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in schöner Lage und ist sehr gut zu erreichen. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und hatten eine schöne Zeit.
