Very dirty on outside. Bath needs updating or a luttle more care. Room window dirty. Bunch of nats. Not staying there again or any quality inn.

Americas Best Value Inn Monroe
Motel was easy to get to. Very busy and was unable to park close to the room. Entry to rooms were outside in front of parking so a little loud.
