There was an overwhelming room deodorizing smell throughout our floor. It was over powering. The AC kicks on with activity so each night when we returned to our room, it was hot. Then the AC dripped water on the floor for awhile.

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay at the Hermitage Hotel. The staff was amazing, each and every one of them! The room was beautiful and impeccably clean as was the rest of the hotel. The history and location were also amazing. We would most definitely stay here again.
This is definitely a +5 star hotel.
