Casa Pintor is a characteristic studio apartment located on the ancient defense walls of Monopoli overlooking the port, now called Corso Pintor Mameli. From the outside of the house you can enjoy a wonderful view of the port and the sea of Monopoli. A few steps away we find the central square of Monopoli, bars and restaurants, about 500m (7 min on foot) the famous city beach of Cala Porta Vecchia. The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning and can comfortably accommodate two people.



Casa Pintor is accessed via a stone staircase that leads to the houses built on the ancient walls built to defend Monopoli, today called Corso Pintor Mameli. A tiny door gives access to the house consisting of a small hall with table, chairs and a sink with closable doors.

On the right we find a small kitchen area with induction hob, kettle, fridge and oven. A corridor where the washing machine is located leads to the bathroom with shower.

In the house there are also a double bed, a sofa and a high window that overlooks a glimpse of the historic center behind the house.



At Check-In you would sign a rental contract in written form in English for the rent of the house (as provided by art. 1 comma 4, Italian Law n. 431/1998). At Check-In there will be also the payment of the tourist tax for the municipality of Monopoli, equal to 1€ per day for each person over 12.



Check-In: 4pm to 10pm (Late Check-In until 11:59pm 30€, after that time 50€ subject to confirmation)

Check-Out: before 10am

Cautionary Deposit: 100€
