Athens is a comfortable apartment located on the ground floor of an elegant building consisting of only four independent units. The entrance is preceded by a small private courtyard and a few steps that lead to the house. The rooms are designed to offer convenience and comfort during the stay.
This apartment welcomes its guests in elegant and bright environments, where every detail has been designed to give a pleasant feeling of well-being and relaxation. The heart of the house is represented by a large open space that houses the living area and a fully equipped kitchen, equipped with everything necessary to prepare and enjoy meals in total autonomy. A welcoming and convivial space where you can spend moments of tranquility after a day discovering the wonders of the territory.
The sleeping area invites you to rest with an intimate and relaxing atmosphere, while the two bathrooms guarantee comfort and convenience during your stay. The private balconies let in natural light and offer pleasant views of city life, helping to make the environment even more welcoming.
Available to all guests there is a refined shared panoramic terrace with sea view, furnished with large lounge seats, tables and solarium area with sun loungers. A welcoming and private space where you can relax in the sun, sip an aperitif at sunset or simply enjoy the pleasant Mediterranean atmosphere that characterizes the structure.
The late check-in fee is optional. If you decide not to use it, we will send you instructions to access the property and meet you the next day. Alternatively, the cost for check-in between 20:00 and 00:00 is Euro 100.00.

To ensure a smooth and hassle-free arrival, you must complete the free online check-in.
Alternatively, you can request an assisted check-in service (€60).

It is possible to provide a cot and high chair on request at a cost of € 50 (the cost does not change if you request only the cot or only the high chair).
To avoid penalties, it is essential to dispose of waste correctly at the end of your stay. If you prefer not to take care of this operation yourself, you can use our waste disposal service, with an agent who will do it for you at a cost of €89.00.
If the guest fails to dispose of waste upon departure, an additional fee of €200.00 will be charged.
After booking, guests will be asked to register on our website, entering the required information and signing a rental agreement, as required by Italian law.
Guests are kindly asked not to feed stray animals or allow them to enter the house.Any damage to persons or property resulting from failure to comply with this request will be considered the guests’ responsibility.
Late check-in fee: between 20:00 and 00:00 €100.00. Check-in after 00:00 is not allowed.
