Der sehr freundliche Verwalter hat auf die Buchungsanfrage schnell geantwortet und war bei der Einführung sehr hilfreich. Die Verständigung war ohne Probleme. Der Ausblick aus der Wohnung geht größtenteils auf den fensterlosen Innenhof, allerdings scheint selbst Ende September noch die Sonne auf den kleinen Balkon in die Wohnung. Die zur Wohnung gehörende Terasse ist sehr geräumig, mit tollem Weitblick, allerdings nur über einige sehr steile und enge Stufen etwas umständlich zu erreichen. Für Frühstück und romantisches Abendessen aber traumhaft. Tischdecke muss mitgebracht werden. Ärgerlich war der eine Woche dauernde Baulärm aus den unteren Etagen im Innenhof . Da wurden wir schon um 7 Uhr mit Steinsägen, Flex und Gehämmer aus dem Bett geschreckt, selbst am Samstag kein Erbarmen. Fairerweise hätte die Wohnung in dieser Zeit gar nicht vermietet werden dürfen. Insofern Punktabzug. Hinweis: Aber auch in den umliegenden Nachbarhäusern tobten sich Bautrupps mit Schleifarbeiten und Gehämmere aus. Vielleicht ist Ende Semptember die Altstadt von Monopoli keine günstige Reisezeit für Ruhesuchende urlauber. ##### Michael R. We had a wonderful time in Monopoli. The city is an Italian pearl that kept its original beauty. You don't have ten souvenir shops in one street, the beaches are crowded mostly by Italians. The apartment was very nice and clean, located right next to the sea and focal points of the old city. The host, Paolo, works in the nearby shop and he is always ready to help. A very friendly and cheerful chap! On the drawbacks side we can only cite some minor problems with the shower drainage pipe. Nothing that could really affect the amazing vacation we had.
