Only 2 minor criticisms:1\. only 1 keycard provided for 2 couples. We were provided with a separate mobile phone operated access which would allow the other couple to access the apartment but the keycard was needed to operate most of the electrics.2\. You can walk to the city center from there easily to explore Monopoli. By car you can explore the area in Puglia. Communication with the owner was quick, she was forthcoming with our wishes and answered to all our questions we had before we came. Welcoming by her employee was very nice.
