Quiet apartment for 3 guests more than 50 sqm in a central location in the heart of Monopoli's and near the famous ancient historic centre but outside the ZTL. The apartment is at first floor and the stairs inside, allow guests to reach the up-per level. All city point of interest within walking distance, train station in about 10 minutes and only 700mt away from the sandy beach of Porta Vecchia.  
The interiors with indipendent entrance, finely furnished and including all com-forts, presents itself with a fully furnished kitchen and equipped with all house-hold new appliances; a living room with sofa bed, even further embellished with refined balconies in living stone; a fully furnished bathroom; finally, an exquisite master bedroom with air conditioning.  
The apartment is located in Via Luigi Indelli, in an area well served by restaurants, shops and parking. There are paid parking spaces in the area during the day and free from 12 am to 8.30 am and during lunch break. Within walking distance there are several restaurants for all tastes, for example pizzeria, Japanese, wine shop etc. The accommodation is located near Piazza Vittorio Emanuele, a characteristic area with shops of all point of interest. A few meters away starts the walk that runs along the historic centre and takes you in a few minutes to the Carlo V Castle and Cala Portavecchia.
