It was a lovely place to stay. Staff, rooms and food so nice would love to stay there again

Beautiful location. Great breakfast.

We came to Hay on Wye to look at the bookshops and stayed in the Swan as a central location. The hotel is an old building so the stairs creak a bit and the carpets are slightly frayed in places but the hotel was warm and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable ( 2 arm chairs - a definite asset) and had a good view across fields. The food was very good and not expensive and the wine list was well thought-out. The dining room is elegantly laid out and there is a lovely garden for afternoon...

Very nice place to stay , interesting car park - very very very narrow entrance

We had a fabulous time. The house is well presented. Wonderful views, very peaceful, a great place for a family get together ❤️

Lovely cottage and wonderful hosts, very friendly and helpful. Ideally site near the centre of Hay and a great base for local walks.

Really nice place. bit far from shops but lovely.
