Lovely hotel, set in a charming town. Very friendly and helpful hotel staff and locals as well. Great transport, only 20 min bus ride to Amnsterdam Central Station. Hotel room was well maintained and ours had a balcony, nice to enjoy a morning coffee in the fresh air. Next time I stay there I will have to try their restaurant Joon which was certainly popular each night.

The best welcome ever, the receptionist a blond lady were super helpful, 10/10 in knowledge, I had to book for the sauna and gym and the girls were super helpful at that time. Fantastic hotel with lovely staff. We were in room 1112 to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Hotel were really quick with replying to queries prior to booking and even had a hand written note and sweets upon arrival to celebrate Loved zaandam. Really pretty town. 10/10 hotel. Second time staying here. Rooms are spacious and stunning decor (altho some wear and tear in the rooms). The jet bath is incredible! The breakfast buffet is also great, lots of choices depending on what you fancy. I do think some of the food could be seasoned better but still good. Fantastic hotel.10 minutes away from everything. Grab a 3 day travel card and you can use bus/tram/train/ferry. Bus no 22 takes you to and from hotel. Staff really polite and friendly. Hotel room clean.Theres funky art everywhere.Buffet breakfast was included,so that set you up for the day, dinner menu was limited,but we dinned in one night and the food was delicious. I would definitely stay again and recommend this hotel to everyone

We came to stay for 3 nights for a short break. Amazing from start to finish. Lovely receptionist and very helpful in terms of where we should visit etc. We even had a little treat left by Samira which was really appreciated - she was very helpful also! Deposit for the room returned swiftly after our stay! Not a busy location but easy transport into Central Amsterdam - took 6 minutes on the train which is a regular service! Would 10000% recommend and if we return this will be where we go.

Great hotel a bit further out from the city, transport links however made it easy to get into central. Hotel amenities and decor were amazing, staff great as always.
