The apartment is equipped with two bedrooms with king-size beds and a comfortable sofa bed, ensuring comfortable rest for all guests. The living area is tastefully furnished and includes a fully equipped American kitchen, ideal for preparing delicious meals during the stay. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances, including a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, oven, and coffee maker.   
  
The property offers two outdoor parking spaces, convenient for those travelling by car. Air conditioning enthusiasts will appreciate the system present in the bedrooms. The apartment also has free WiFi and is equipped with an iron and washing machine for your convenience.
