From checking in , house keeping and breakfast. Only thing would be the member of staff on Friday morning. It was very busy between 9 and 10 and they were being asked to top up lots of things at the same time. Maybe thier humour but to say we stary serving breakfast at 6 every day insinuating that we could of came earlier wasnt nice to make people feel like they were an inconvenience. The room had obviously been damaged by water, streaks of brown down the walls, ceiling tiles hanging down in the hallway. Bath spouted more water on the floor than inside the tube, with the lights flickering the whole time. Majority of the staff were rude or barely spoke English. Carpets in the leisure centre held together with tape. Basically a RUINED TRIP. I would NEVER advise anyone to stay in the hotel. There even charge Blue Badge Holders for parking.
