"The hotel is really beautiful and staff were very helpful and polite. A real highlight was the food which was excellent at both dinner and breakfast. Unfortunately the trip was let down by the fact that it was not communicated to the hotel via Expedia that I had booked for 2 adults and 1 child, this meant that there was no bed in the room for my son (which was rectified by 8pm) and we had to pay for his dinner and breakfast despite booking the dinner, bed and breakfast option via Expedia for 2 adults and 1 child. I believe this is not the fault of the hotel but Expedia's. "

"Had a lovely weekend stay at this hotel staff very friendly and rooms modern and very clean I didn’t book for breakfast did visit the bar and dining area which was spotless. The hotel is in good location just a few minute walk to centre I will definitely stay here again."

"Nice stay. Rooms comfy. No aircon but floor to ceiling windows makes it warm. Breakfast was made to order which made it slower than other hotels we stay at. "
