"The room was exactly as described - clean, tidy, and overall a comfortable stay. My only concern was that it was a bit dusty, particularly on the floor, which stood out otherwise everything was well presented. The utensil container was a thoughtful inclusion, however the stovetop required stainless steel cookware and the only suitable item provided was a long pot. We managed with what was available, but it was a slight inconvenience as it limited basic cooking options like pan-frying. That said, the front desk service was excellent. Any requests for extra towels and bathroom supplies were handled quickly and efficiently, which we really appreciated. Overall, it was a good stay with just a couple of small areas that could be improved."

"Hotel was clean and staff were excellent from the reception staff ,restaurant staff and the lovely lady on duty in the Soa on Saturday morning . We felt that the room we were allocated was on the small side and an attic room and although the property did ask on numerous occasions if we had any disabilities and did convey that there was no lifts in the property we didn’t appreciate that our room would be an attic room on the 3rd floor . Although we aren’t disabled the climb to the attic was a bit much at times . This room was comfortable enough the fact that there was no window to open and the windows were small and the only view we had was sky .This was not what was shown on the booking site . The room wound be ideal for single occupancy . The shower cubicle was on the small side and a shower curtain instead of a screen . The room was clean but is in need of some repair . Bathroom window felt really loose when I opened it as no fan in bathroom to allow steam to disperse and when trying to close it I thought it was going to break . This did not spoil our stay as the Staff were attentive and very efficient . Food was delicious. Overall a great experience and if we were to revisit I would make sure that we didn’t book a small attic room ."

"The room was clean but the whole hotel is in need of refurbishment as its very old and dated. I went down to the restaurant but there was no one there so I didn't bother staying. I wouldn't stay there again."
