The building as it stands today was constructed in its present location to take advantage of any highway traffic resulting from the building of the highway in 1929.

House was roomy and clean. Grill was a disappointment to the week, baffles deteriorated and rusty. No propane and lots of build up in the bottom. Patio room Had a fan which was a plus. Overall we would use the space again.
