This was our third stay at this property. Kids were very excited about all the gaming opportunities, the proximity to the arcade, and of course, the fishing and the swimming off the dock. The family loved the lake view, the well supplied kitchen, and overall experience. We plan to be back!

Sunny Days is a great location and close to everything. The house was great. The walk up/down from the dock isn't bad at all. My only feedback is we noticed cameras on the dock, which is the owners right to have, but I feel like it should be disclosed in the listing, in case folks aren't comfortable with the idea of potentially being recorded.

The property is conveniently located near marinas and shops. The house is nicely renovated and well stocked. The outdoor spaces are perfect for relaxing by the lake! They even have a nice fire pit area right next to the water which made a perfect end to our days out and about around the lake. Highly recommend!

Everything was beautiful. Only issue we had was the bed that was downstairs was really dirty when we pulled the covers back. There was alot of hair and quarers in the bed so ws know the sheets hadnt been Changed on that bed. Everything else was neat and clean.

The house was very comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay. The location was very convenient to Bridgewater Plaza and easy water access out into the main lake. Nice to have the boat in a somewhat protected place so it didn’t bang around on the dock. Property manager was great and reached out to us right away after we booked

Lovely Fall Getaway

Family Thanksgiving

We stayed at the house on Smith Mountain Lake for our family Thanksgiving. There was 10 of us and plenty of space. We had a great time lounging at the house and also taking the very short drive into town. Very convenient location! This home is lovely and we really enjoyed our stay. We hope to go back in the summer!

Perfect Lake Getaway!

We had an amazing stay at this well equipped house on the lake! The property was peaceful, clean, and had proper spaces for our family. We stayed as 3 families with kids of all ages. The lake location is great for fishing and safe swimming without boat traffic and big water noise. The private COVERED dock was ideal for lounging, fishing, and jumping into the water for a swim.The house was well-equipped and comfortable, with plenty of space to relax indoors and out, covered screened deck kept us dry during short drizzle, it allowed us to stay outside most of the time. Highly recommend this stay for anyone looking to unwind, enjoy nature, and make great memories by the water. This was our 3rd stay here and we hope to come back!

Nice house in a quiet cove

This was our 2nd stay in this house. It is located in a very quiet cove with deep water suitable for swimming and fishing. We spent most of the time on the dock which has nice covered area to keep yourself cool in summer heat. The house was very clean, cozy, with plenty of space to spread after a day in the sun and water. Covered screened deck off the kitchen level is very nice to have , protects from elements, rain and moscitoes.

Sister Reunion

This property is beautiful! It worked very well for my four sisters and me. We sat outside on the screened deck most of the time and ate several meals out there. The kitchen was well equipped and large enough for all of us. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. We all agreed we would love to stay here again next year.

7th annual family lake trip. Grandparents and kids included. Great house for all ages. Great location...quick to restaurants, grocery stores, and boat rental Quiet deep cove great for swimming and non motorized activities. Beds are comfy. Homeowner is very friendly and quick to repond. Screened in porch and basement activities are great for poor weather.
