The Sundance has a fantastic view from the house and even more so from its dock. The house was very comfortable and well equipped. We enjoyed our stay. The house, yard and especially the dock need a lot of maintainence and repairs. The upper deck of the dock was closed due to needed maintenance which was not disclosed.
