The cove is perfect for floating and paddling, and also easy access to boat to lunch or dinner (our favorite), or hit Kroger and cook at home. We all had a really great time. We loved the house and location along the lake. It’s a very quiet cove. We loved having our dog be able to come on vacation with us. Very convenient location to run out and grab what you need. Plenty of space to hang out in the house, on the deck, and at the dock. My husband and I prefer a deeper cove to hang and float but the kids loved that they were able to touch the bottom. The views of the lake are incredible and the house was spotless, comfortable, and beautiful. The accommodations and extra touches left by the hosts were so thoughtful and valued, especially for our family. We spent most of our 5 day trip fishing off the dock and using the kayaks. The picture of the front of the walk down to the deck is a bit deceiving because it was rather long and steep, Non-issue for kids and the younger adults, but for the parents got a little long by the end of the week but I guess it helped to keep our legs in shape. ##### Wendy H. It was so nice to arrive with the beds made and a welcome card with a few snacks from the owner. We can’t say enough good things about Brown Dogs Bluff!
