Come to the lake! This spacious one-bedroom top (third) floor condo unit is uniquely located between the Napoli By the Lake Restaurant and a large outdoor swimming pool, right on the water with a guest boat dock. Fantastic views of the lake from the large deck! Sleeps two adults and two small children (under three). This charming, modern end unit has water on two sides, a large master bedroom with king bed and water views, woodburning fireplace, cathedral ceilings, and a wraparound deck with a direct view across the lake. You have the use of a fully furnished kitchen, fully stocked bar area, large bedroom, living room with sectional sofa, and dining area. Two kayaks with paddles and life jackets are available upon request. And the view in the morning and at sunset from the deck is truly spectacular! The following amenities are provided to all guests during their stay at Bernard's Landing Resort. There is an Amenities Electronic key card you will receive once you check into the condo: Highlands Center Outdoor Pool (Seasonal) Pavilion Center Outdoor Pool (Seasonal) Kids Play Area and Kiddie Pool Indoor Pool with Hot Tub Fully Furnished Fitness Center Racquetball Court Boat and Jet Ski Rental (Seasonal) Steam Room and Sauna Courtesy Boat Slips with 110 outlet for charging ($20 Bernard’s Landing registration fee per day to use boat slips and for trailer parking) I have two kayaks available that already have resort decals that you can use free or charge. If you bring your own kayaks or canoes you will need to buy decals to use them on the property. They are $5.00 per night. Beach with Umbrellas and Volleyball Court Tennis and Pickleball Courts. The wood burning fireplace is available Oct 1 - May 1\. Starter blocks are provided.
