Partial cancellations related to the number of guests cannot be refunded. 3) The price of the overnight stay always refers to the maximum number of 2 guests. 4) The third and fourth guest pays an extra charge of 15 EUR per person at the time of booking. 5) For a possible third or fourth additional guest, who was not already included in the booking, an extra charge of 15 EUR per night will also be made on the spot. 6) If arriving in the months of March to October, a tourist tax of 1\. This apartment is located on the first floor in a quiet residential area and has free wifi and limited sea view. It consists of a bedroom with double bed and another bedroom with two separate beds that can be converted into a common bed if necessary, bed linen on site. Kitchenette with dishwasher, spacious living room, bathroom with shower cabin and washing machine, safe. A terrace of about 20 sqm with north orientation completes the apartment, equipped with lighting and with cold and hot water shower. The terrace is surrounded by greenery, it has no sea view and is partially sunlit. This makes it especially attractive on hot days and in the evening. The apartment has been recently renovated and furnished with high quality accessories. It is located in our private residence, together with other apartments in our property, in the best panoramic position of Moneglia. The residence is located 1 km from the center, which can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. A bus stop is located directly at the house. Our apartment is suitable for families and for those who want to spend a vacation in a quiet environment, immersed in a typical Ligurian ambience between the sea and the surrounding hills. Moneglia is located in the extreme eastern Gulf of Tigullio in the middle between Portofino / Santa Margherita Ligure and the Cinque Terre / Portovenere. It is included in the "List of the most beautiful places in Italy" and has been consistently awarded the "Blue Flag" FFE (Foundation for Environmental Education) since 1990\. It is an ideal base for visiting the Cinque Terre, which can be reached in 25 minutes by train or by boat across the sea. For trekking lovers, there is a number of marked trails starting from the center of the village, where you can admire sunsets and landscapes of rare beauty. In the town center: diving club, boat rentals, supermarkets, banks, pharmacy, health care and first aid points with defibrillators, bars and restaurants where you can taste traditional Ligurian specialties. Hospital at 10 km. Nearest airports: Genoa (65 km), Pisa (125 km). Pisa, Lucca and Florence can be reached as a day trip. She communicated perfectly prior to my arrival and was kind enough to wait for us to meet her and take us up to the house. Upon arriving, a wine bottle was set on the table with some bread on the table as a gift, I loved that detail. The house is super extra clean and all the necessary house items are available. The place location is right in front of the beach area and hiking trails. A parking spot was available for our car rental. A bus stop is next to the house which we didn’t use but it’s there as an option. Upon leaving, the hostess took the time to meet us and said goodbye. Obwohl sich die Ferienwohnung und die Wohnung der Vermieter im selben Objekt befinden, war trotz aller Herzlichkeit immer Diskretion gewahrt. Die Lage ist toll und der Ort vom Objekt aus zu Fuß sehr gut zu erreichen. Sollten wir wieder in die Nähe von Moneglia kommen, werden wir wieder dorthin gehen. Unser Aufenthalt begann mit dem Abholen vom Bahnhof. Giulia war bei allen Anliegen und Fragen zugewandt und herzlich, vielen Dank für den Begrüßungsprosecco, das selbstgemachte Pesto (inklusive Rezept, sehr köstlich!) und dem Aushelfen mit Zwiebeln, die wir fürs Kochen vergessen hatten!! Einen Schirm für den Strand konnten wir uns für den Aufenthalt ausleihen. Die Terrasse ist ganz wunderbar und sehr schön möbliert. Nachts ist es angenehm ruhig, morgens ruft der Hahn, aber dann kann das Fenster ja geschlossen werden:-) Wir waren ohne Auto und sind gut zurechtgekommen. Der Anstieg zum Haus ist schweißtreibend und dauert vom Zentrum/Strand ca. 15 Minuten, bergab ist er sehr entspannend mit einem wunderschönen Blick über die Bucht. Der Bus hält alle 30 Minuten direkt vorm Haus (bergauf eine Alternative), die Züge fahren stündlich. Ein toller Ort und eine schöne Wohnung, absolut empfehlenswert. ##### Kirsten A. L’appartement très bien décoré par les soins de Luciana est agréable grâce à sa terrasse où l’on peut prendre les repas et bouquiner. Pendant notre séjour nous n’avons pas utilisé notre voiture, marche et accès à Cince Terre en train. De nombreuses marches depuis Moneglia, des plages agréables et possibilité de se balader en bateau ou en kayak. Ambiance douceur de vivre dans cette station balnéaire. L'appartement est spacieux et très bien équipé. Il est très propre et la décoration est soignée. La terrasse ombragée est très agréable. Le logement est tout à fait conforme à la description. La situation est idéale pour aller visiter les 5 Terres et on peut se rendre à pied à la plage et dans le village ce qui est très appréciable. Enfin, la propriétaire est charmante et à l'écoute. ##### Frédér R. Sie ist geräumig, sehr sauber, hat ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer und gute Betten. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man zum Kochen braucht, die große Terrasse auf der Nordseite ist angenehm kühl an heißen Tagen und lädt mit einem großen Tisch zum Essen im Freien ein. Durch die Spülmaschine ist der Abwasch auch gleich erledigt und der herrliche Strand und die Wanderwege müssen nicht lange warten. Auch das Bad ist hübsch und hat sogar eine Waschmaschine.
