Floor and consists of 3 bedrooms, kitchen with dining and living area, shower and toilet separate. The location guarantees full day sunlight and offers a wonderful view of the mountains, the Mondsee and a deer park. Within walking distance there is a shopping center with supermarket, bank, tobacconist, café, pizzeria and solarium as well as a sports center with tennis court, badminton, squash and billiards. In our garden there is, among other things, a small playground with swings, slide and sandpit, toys for children, a barbecue area and a place for undetected relaxation. There are ample parking and a garaging for bicycles available.
