  • Renovated house in a former farmhouse located near the owners’ home. On the ground floor: a living/dining room, a kitchen, and a bathroom. Upstairs: four bedrooms (3 140 beds and 2 90 beds), two shower rooms, and a bathroom. Electric heating fuelled by wood and wood pellets. Terrace, enclosed garden shared with cottage 635, patio furniture, ping-pong table, pétanque court, and sports area (volleyball, archery, foam tennis). Sauna, solarium, bicycles. Shared, secure swimming pool, heated in May and September (unsupervised swimming). Horse facilities (12 stalls), fenced pasture, dressage arena, and a pond for fishing. The cottage is located near the Châteaux de la Loire, vineyards, and wildlife parks. Futuroscope is 41 km away.
