It is a university residence so microwave and TV were downstairs in a student lounge and you do have to share a common bathroom/shower down a short hallway but it was clean and it appears there were no other people in the wing where I was staying so privacy or noise were not issues. I didn't need to go to the TV room downstairs thanks to the free WiFi in the room so I just watched my laptop online programs and movies before settling in for the night. On Saturday there was a hot breakfast and Sunday a basic continental breakfast, both included in the price (served only until 9:30 a.m.). I wasn't sure if towels/shampoo would be included but they were. I was there 2 nights and there was no housekeeping in between to make up the bed but that was not an issue with me. Bring your own fan - no A/C in the rooms and Moncton can get hot in summer months. I was lucky it was May and a coolish weekend. Double Dorm room that did not have a fridge and did not have a common area where there was accesss one either. No air conditioning and if it’s hot, these room are unbearable. Breakfast included, but very little hot variety and food not great. Ended up not even bothering to use the free breakfast after day 2\. Staff very unknowledgable about a lot of amenities in the area.
