Las habitaciones disponen de aire acondicionado, 2 baños compartidos, cocina y terraza. Internet 100mbps para trabajar o ver series. El apartamento está en el centro del pueblo viejo de Moncofa. Un pequeño pueblo a 50km de Valencia, con más de 750 años de historia y a tan solo 1,5km de la playas de Moncofa. Moncofa tiene 5km de playas (4 banderas azules en 2021), urbanas y naturales, también una playa apta para perros. Las habitaciones que ofrecemos son ideales para visitantes que van a pasar la mayor parte de tiempo en la playa y disfrutando de la gastronomía local, son zonas de descanso en un apartamento amplio con 50 años de antigüedad pero recién restaurado este año. Es fácil aparcar en la misma calle y el vecindario es muy tranquilo y seguro, por lo que no supone ningún problema dejar el coche en la calle. En caso de necesitar cualquier tipo de ayuda, será muy sencillo. Vivo a menos de 1km del apartamento, por lo que siempre estoy disponible para echar una mano cuando sea necesario. El acceso al apartamento es totalmente autónomo, mediante portero automático y caja de seguridad con las llaves. De todas formas, ante cualquier incidencia, estamos disponibles y preparados para ayudar al inquilino. A tan solo 100m está la panadería de la "Murà" con un pedazo de la muralla defensiva que protegía al pueblo de los ataques piratas a mediados del S. XIV. También se puede disfrutar de los comercios y bares locales, más alejados del turismo de la playa, con precios más bajos y comida más tradicional. Igualmente, se está a tan solo 1,5km del centro de la playa. En un radio de tan solo 500m, se puede encontrar: Supermercados, pescadería, fruterías, bares, farmacia, correos, policía, para de autobús y muchos más servicios. La mejor manera de visitar la zona es mediante el coche particular. La distancia a la playa (1,5km) hace que sea muy rápido y fácil ir a cualquiera de las playas de Moncofa en menos de 5min y al mismo tiempo estar en una zona más tranquila y donde es más fácil aparcar. Otras opciones para visitar Moncofa son con autobús desde Castellón, la parada esta a tan solo 100m del apartamento. Mediante tren también es posible, ya que la estación está situadada a 2km y podemos ofrecer transporte desde/hasta la estación. La linea de trenes une Castellón de la plana (25min) y Valencia centro ciudad (1h), con una frecuencia de un tren cada hora.
