"The hotel is situated in the Monchique mountain region. We booked a panoramic suite which gave us views all the way to Portimao and the ocean- wonderful. The hotel is very nice , clean and modern and very well equipped. The staff are doing a great job and are very friendly. This is a perfect stay for families with small children as the hotel facilities are great for all members of the
family
. The SPA is really relaxing and wonderfully built and equipped with numerous showers and steam rooms....

"Not a good experience. Check-in was in a run down area a mile from the actual property. There were no basic supplies provided so we needed to buy hand soap and paper towels. Worst of all we couldn’t sleep due to teenagers partying until 2am."

"Was really worried about staying here as there was lots of bad reviews. Check in no problem. €30 deposit for keys. Accommodation was big. Aircon didn’t work. 2 balcony’s overlooking the pool. Cleaners every day, although they didn’t really clean the floor or kitchen sides. Just be careful there are different pools and if you go as a group you can’t access them all, although we didn’t have a problem. "
