A very pleasant stay at this hotel. Beautiful location, surrounded by the nature, piece and quiet. Our room was really spacious with 2 bathrooms, a big bed with tv, living room with another tv and a kitchen area. The staff was very friendly and always helpful, rooms were cleaned everyday. Overall it's a modern hotel that I truly recommend.

Suite was massive and very modern.located on the top floor of the newer (pure?) building. Pool area was fabulous and the gardens well maintained but unfortunately the spa was closed during our stay after the staff assuring us it was open when I booked..apart from that a very pleasant stay in a stunning location

Fantastic setting, built into the cliff face. Probably the best views in the whole of The Algarve! Wonderful rooms with extraordinary views out over the sea. Amazing breakfasts, great food and drink during the day. Great staff who treat you like one of the family.

We had a wonderful relaxing week at Vale da Lapa in April with our two young sons. The villa was spacious, well equipped and cleaned every day if you want it to be. The swimming pools are great and the boys loved them. It was quite quiet the week we were there, so we often had them to ourselves. We also used the spa facilities and these were great too. At check in we were welcomed by Joana who was so helpful and recommended places to see. We stayed in room 303, which is one of the external rooms overlooking the pool and you can even see the sea in the distance. Roll had a big balcony. These rooms have steep stairs and aren’t suitable for people with mobility issues. There was a small table and chairs and a couple of sun loungers. This hotel is a gem. We have been going there for years and shall be returning again. As soon as you step in this place, you enter a haven of tranquility and peacefulness. Lovely clean and modern hotel ideally located next to Alvor beach. All staff were extremely polite and friendly and even allowed me to check in early since there were rooms available. Would definitely recommend to anyone

The Jupiter Hotel offers great value for money. Excellent rooms, hotel facilities (pool area, bar, food, gym) and friendly staff. Breakfast is great and recommend buffet dinner as well

Fantastic apartment and great facilities

Had a lovely time at this hotel , the only complaint I had was the resident cat !!! Although I am an animal lover I didn't like the supposedly "white" cat that loved to sleep in the seated area at reception . It was a Nasty and unpredictable cat and although I knew not to go near it but children might not be so knowledgeable . Reception staff are always friendly and helpful .
