Downstairs is a friendly entrance area with a wardrobe and a seating area. This is followed by a guest toilet with wash basin closes. The open living-dining area has a comfortable couch which can be a few steps into a fully functional bed with cold foam mattress transform (mattress 1,70m x 2,00m). A coffee table, a lowboard with large flat screen TV, Blu Ray player, a radio-CD player with USB and a small collection of books and board games invite you to relax and unwind. Also on Internet access (WLAN), you still enjoy the holiday. This is included for you. The adjacent dining area has a large dining table with chairs and bench for a cozy get available. The open and integrated corner kitchen with a fridge freezer, a dishwasher, 4 zones ceramic hob with oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and various kitchen utensils thus provides everything you need for cooking. From the living area you have direct access to the furnished terrace (south / west) with a parasol. A staircase from the living area takes you to the upper floor where are the bedrooms and the full bathroom are located. The large master bedroom has a box spring bed (1,80m x 2,00m), with bedside cabinets and a large wardrobe. From here you have direct access to the balcony (South / West) can where to spend time not only on the day but also during the evening hours in the relaxation seashell. The small bedroom has a double bed (1.60 mx 2.00 m) and two small closets, as well as a flat-screen TV. The modern daylight bathroom with wash basin, WC, a walk-in glass shower and a heated towel rail complete the plumbing. All rooms are equipped with underfloor heating and can be darkened by shutters. The car can be parked on the free parking space (number 01) directly in front of the house. You are welcome to bring 1 dog away from the bed and sofa. Since no sleeping place (basket, blanket, etc.) is available, please bring your own "crib" for the dog. Directly on the house is a barbecue area with seating. You have brought or borrowed bikes can accommodate you in the apartment belonging to storage. The initial equipment of a linen package (complete bed linen, 1 towel, 2 small towels) you can book up to 14 days before arrival for 15.00 € per person or supplement by own. For packages booked for 2 or more you will receive 1 dish towel and 1 shower mat once. We wish you a wonderful holiday on the Baltic Sea, relax well and enjoy the time. Our completed in April 2017 Apartment Seehase with about 81m ², is idyllically located between the Baltic Sea and Greifswalder Bodden in the Baltic Sea Thiessow. The way to the beach is about 100m, then you can enjoy the endless white sandy beach or you use the bike and hiking trail right outside the front door. Various restaurants and a supermarket with a bakery are in the immediate vicinity and are within easy walking distance.
