The staff were professional and friendly making my visit comfortable. The hotel is close to the main restaurant area so it was easy to find places to eat nearby. The room was clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed the natural hot spring baths including the outdoor bath and sauna. It was very relaxing. One thing I noticed is that the bathroom floor is about 6 inches higher than the main room floor. This step might be difficult for some guests to navigate.
