Helpful staff, clean, nice onsen. Mechanized parking but free and parking assistance/attendants (they only tell you which machine to park in, and recall your car when you need it) were quick.

We (family of 3 adults) really enjoyed staying amongst the rice fields in this very clean, well set up apartment.
The remote check-in instructions were clear and we were able to follow them easily.
The bedroom downstairs and the living areas were well designed and comfortable. Loved the decor on the main level which made this place feel cosy and unique.
We did not use the upstairs futon sleeping area because not even a child could stand up (we are all 170cm+)
Used the shared laundry and found it very clean and functional.
Would definitely stay again.

"This is a hard review to write as the staff was polite and the hotel very clean. I just can’t say it was an overall good vibe as an American. Very limited English from staff. We have very limited Japanese, just the basics (hello, thank you, excuse me). I have tattoos so not allowed in the onsen. ..."
