"Very disappointing stay - listing states 4-star hotel, hotel was NOT 4 star standard. Hotel was poorly maintained, wifi did not reach our room, the bathroom was so gross we booked another hotel and left. Extreme false advertising with a claim of 4 stars."

"Disgusting leaking ceiling room floor was soaked had to use the hotel towels to keep the floor mopped and my little girl is poorly now due to the mould and leaking water Shook bedding to make bed in morning and a huge Beetle yuck ! Lifts only one works so get used to walking"
