A large, modern house, exclusively for adults only.  
Connected to an apartment via a door, is located within the same premises, just to the right of the back door of the main house.   
The property is located in a new development in Monasterevin Kildare. It's a quiet area that overlooks a large green area. Easy access within 10 minutes by car to Motorway, Kildare Village Outlet Shopping centre and Kildare train station. Local amenities include petrol station, banks, restaurants and large supermarkets as Lidl, Aldi and Tesco.  
  
The house was built to high specifications and has impressive features including A2 BER rating, efficient   
 air to water heating, high level of insulation and is air tight to retain heat. With double glazed windows and doors. All appliances are new and energy efficient. With brand new beds with high quality mattress. There is a large back garden and a large paved driveway that can park your car.
