This apartment can accommodate up to 4 people and will be an ideal holiday destination for your stay in the Principality, whether for your holidays or for work. Very practical, the building has two exits, one in Beausoleil and one in Monaco. The apartment also has a parking area (the parking is straight) with access by lift Sarah and the We Care Conciergerie team will be there to help you throughout your stay. The Conciergerie is available online from Monday to Sunday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. The apartment is located in a new and residential area, a little out of the way. However, you are a 10-minute walk from Beausoleil town centre, you will find all the shops and restaurants. You are 12 minutes from Monte-Carlo There is a bus stop in the immediate vicinity of the apartment to get to the centre Guests will have access to the entire apartment You will love this accommodation for its location close to Monaco, its magnificent sea view, and its pleasant terrace, perfect for relaxing or enjoying lunch and dinner outdoors. A parking space is available for your vehicle, offering added convenience during your stay. The apartment features a bright and welcoming living room, furnished with a comfortable sofa bed and a dining table for up to 4 guests. This living space opens onto a fitted kitchen, allowing for a functional and convivial layout. You will also find storage space available throughout the apartment. Just opposite the entrance, there is a separate toilet, adding extra comfort for daily use. The bedroom, equipped with a double bed, also faces the front of the building and benefits from a lovely open view over the Mediterranean, offering a relaxing atmosphere for restful nights. The apartment includes a bathroom with a shower and a second toilet, equipped with a sanitary grinder (sanibroyeur), ensuring full functionality of the space. This apartment is ideal for travelers seeking a comfortable stay with sea views, outdoor space, and easy access to Monaco, whether for leisure or business. Private parking is available by car. \- Buses 12, 18 and 24 will take you to Monaco city centre or Beausoleil \- Munich train station can be reached by buses 18 and 24 \- An airport bus also stops near Monaco train station and allows you to take buses 18 and 24 - be careful, these buses do not run very late \- Nice Airport is a 32-minute drive away Please note that the car park under the building is free and a dedicated space is reserved for you, the entrance to the car park is by means of a lift. In the bathroom there is not a traditional toilet but a sany-grinder, you should not throw anything in it except toilet paper because it is a slightly more fragile system and could get clogged A set of bed linens and towels is provided per person during your stay and are included in the cleaning fee. An arrival kit awaits you to allow you to start your vacation. this kit includes: small soaps and shampoos, coffee, rolls of toilet paper and trash bags.
