Come and enjoy this spacious apartment with sea view and rooftop swimming pool near Monaco, whether for your business trips or a relaxing vacation. In a secure residence, this apartment for 4 people awaits you with parking, kitchen and king size bed. A little outside the city center you will dominate the principality, you will be quiet but more comfortable with a vehicle (see description)  
  
From your reservation request, to your stay in the establishment and until your departure, the entire We Care Conciergerie team will be at your service to make your stay pleasant! If necessary, do not hesitate to contact them via the Airbnb platform directly or by telephone via the number available on my profile before and during your stay. They are open every day from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.  
  
residential area with recent constructions, a little out of the way. The vehicle is recommended for this rental. The dominant side of the residence provides a panoramic view of the sea and the surrounding area. This geographical location, however, takes you somewhat away from the city center and the shops. Access to the highway, on the other hand, is very easy.  
  
Situated on the French riviera between Cap d'Ail and Menton, just a few kilometers from the Italian Riviera, Monaco is one of those magic glamorous places that has a world wide reputation. Monaco is a sovereign state, independent and prosperous. It has its own government and the head of state is His Highness Prince Albert!   
With the Mont des Mules and Tete de Chien towering over it, Beausoleil stretches out in an amphitheatre above Monaco. Renowned for its "Belle Epoque" architecture it offers the finest example is the Riviera Palace, a Historic Monument including a winter garden built by the Eiffel company, who also erected the covered market with its metal structure.  
This property is ideal for all the year round. Christmas and New Year in Monte Carlo, spring for Menton Lemon Festival, May Monaco Tennis and Grand Prix. Summer for lovely beaches close by, autumn ideal for walks and culture, many art galleries nearby in: Picasso Museum in Antibes, Fondation Maght in St, Paul de Vence, Grasse, Chagall and Matisse in Nice, Leger in Biot, Cocteau in Menton and Ville Francche, Le Corbusier in Roquebrune,etc.Winter isola 2000 and 10 other resorts 90 min, drive.  
  
Travelers will have access to the entire apartment. An assigned parking space awaits them in the basement.  
To access the swimming pool you need a badge which is in the apartment. We thank you for leaving it in the same place on the day of your departure.  
  
You will love this accommodation for its magnificent view overlooking Monaco, its brightness, its magnificent terrace and its refined decoration. The apartment is very comfortable with a fully equipped kitchen. An infinity pool overlooking Monaco is at your disposal from April 30 to September 30  
  
You are 10 minutes by car from the center of Monaco  
  
The apartment consists of  
\- An entrance which opens onto an elegant living room. In this room you will have a large television, WIFI, sofas for lounging and a table for dining  
\- A functional, comfortable kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and toaster  
 \- A bathroom with sink and toilet  
\- a separate toilet  
\- A comfortable bedroom with an XXL bed and storage.  
  
On the terrace you have garden furniture. This furniture can be used all year round thanks to the brightness and southern exposure of the apartment.  
  
\- The ideal is to have a vehicle, you are 30 minutes from Nice airport  
\- You benefit from an assigned parking space in the residence.  
\- A bus stops in front of the residence and will take you to the city center of Beausoleil, this same bus stops near the Monaco train station which will allow you to reach the airport, the city of Nice or Menton.  
  
A set of bed linens and towels is provided per person during your stay and are included in the cleaning fee. An arrival kit awaits you to allow you to start your vacation. this kit includes: small soaps and shampoos, coffee, rolls of toilet paper and trash bags.
