Its a nice komplex, but the furniture is old. It's situated near the trainstation to go to ventimigle. The hotel is high up so a lot of outdoor stairs from the ocean and the trainstation. We enjoyed the private pool and also the private exit to the beach. There is no store nearby, you have to go by bus to buy food. No nearby restaurants that are open late. The vending machine was much appreciated to buy drinks when we arrived late. On hotels.com it says that this hotel has air condition, thats not true. You can rent a portable ac, helped a lot , but it didn't reach the room in the back. The staff was very friendly, nice bakery service, you could order bread for breakfast. It's an appartment so you have to bring toilet paper and dishing soap. Résidence de vacances de 3 bâtiments avec appartements et terrasses de différentes tailles. L'appart. Amandiers n°17 (8 pers. max. si enfants, sinon 6 adultes) a une immense terrasse ensoleillée avec vue panoramique, tables, chaises et transats. Grand frigo, congélateur, vaisselle complète mais pas de fond de maison, sauf sel/poivre -> prévoir papier Q, sacs poubelles, produit vaisselle (évier et machine), produit douche... Coin repas minuscule mais tables en terrasse Salle de lecture-bridge avec large bibliothèque. Lit double pas très grand, "canapé" pas très confortable. Malgré les rénovations, le concept a son âge et les meubles sont vraiment conçus pour accumuler la poussière... Mais cool : vacances !!! Piscine et salle de fitness en descendant vers la plage. Remarque essentielle : le parking (inclus dans le tarif) est accessible par des ascenseurs de petite taille (le coupé 406 que j'avais avant n'aurait pas logé). Communication tres mauvaise. Sur le site il est marquée draps fournis et lorsque l'on arrive sur place on nous demande de les payer. Ce que je trouve inadmissible et mensonger. C’est minuscule et tout est en option même la litterie! Il faut payer pour avoir la clim et on nous a expliqué le tout après notre première nuit sans dormir a plus de 35 degrés avec 2 jeunes enfants… Nous avions réservé pour 3 nuits mais avons dû quitter après une seule nuit des le lever du jour tellement c’était inconfortable et exaspérant. Quelle horreur. Pour bien se rendre compte de l'antipathie de cet établissement, il nous a été demandé de payer un porte clé d'une de leur clés qui s'était cassé (un truc immonde avec un bout de feuille A4 dedans pour nous indiquer le numéro de la chambre) en oubliant qu'ils nous demandent de jeter les clés dans une boîte aux lettres ou il a très bien pu se casser. Bref ils ont osé nous demander 10 euros en étant extrêmement véhéments. En revanche quand on leur a demandé pourquoi le coffre fort ne marchait qu'une fois sur 2, pourquoi la télévision ne fonctionnait plus (freeze et chaînes absentes) des que l'on changeait son orientation et pourquoi la hotte était plus encrassée et grasse qu'une hotte de cuisson McDo qui n'aurait pas ouvert pendant 1 an ... On nous répond ah bah il fallait nous le dire avant et pas à la fin du séjour. Ces personnes ne comprennent rien au sens commercial d'un établissement de tourisme. Si vous aimez le parfum de la naphtaline et la chaleur insupportable au niveau des lits superposés (ou alors dormir constamment avec le ventilo allumé mais bonjour les nuits), les piscines ou pour se poser il faut mettre votre serviette (pas celle de l'établissement elle ne sert qu'à vous essuyer le visage ;) ) au sol car pas de transats ... Vous êtes au bon endroit. Un endroit qui s'est arrêté en 1996\. Une très joli vue un établissement très propre et un personnel chaleureux et compétent. De plus la plage à 5 min a pied le top.
