It comprises a lovely 30 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, a shower room and a garden of around 3,500 m². Wi-Fi, sheets and towels are included. We look forward to welcoming you! The accommodation is particularly suitable for families due to the residential nature of the neighbourhood. The accommodation is laid out as follows: On the ground floor \- A 30 m² living room with TV, dining area and sleeping area with double sofa bed \- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. \- A separate toilet Upstairs \- Bedroom 1: a king-size bed (180×200) \- Bedroom 2: a queen-size bed (160×200) \- Bedroom 3: a double sofa bed and a desk area \- Bedroom 4: a single bed \- A bathroom with shower and toilet For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, fan, iron and ironing board.
