Wood stove. TV/DVD. Open kitchen, dining area. Beautiful views of the mountains and the Menton coastline. \* Ground floor: - Large laundry room and storage room (you could stock bicycles, for ex...) Communal parking 50 m away. Drop-off/luggage in front of the gîte. Bed linens and towels provided. End-of-stay cleaning service available upon request (€50). Semi-detached stone village house located in the heart of Sainte-Agnes. The owner has renovated this accommodation with refinement so that this accommodation is pleasant not only to the eye but also comfortable for a wonderful vacation. The medieval village of Sainte-Agnès, located above Menton, dominates the coastline from its 780 m altitude. Classified as the highest coastal village in Europe and 'Most Beautiful Villages in France', it is worth the detour. In the heart of the village you will discover medieval cobbled streets, small restaurants, craft shops and art galleries and an exceptional view of the entire French Riviera (Cap Martin, Roquebrune, Menton) as well as the Italian Riviera.
