The apartment was infested with small bugs all over the bedding and floor, the towels were old and still dirty from prior use. The admin refused to accept that they had an infestation and claimed a nice cleaning would resolve the issue. It was so bad we did even want to open luggage. We had to go to a hotel at the last minute. Owners refused to refund the money, claimed there were no bugs even after we provided pics and video. At first I thought it was just dirt, then I took a video showing the little critters moving around. We arrived at 5:30pm. The owners solution was for us to sit and wait for another cleaning crew and not worry about the bugs which were moving but they claimed to be dirt.
