Stunning villa Twiga in African style with Wi-Fi

The paradise, Villa Twiga with 170 square meters was built in 2010 and invites with its garden of fantastically beautiful African plants and palm trees to relax. She is just 7 minutes (350m) on a public road from the dream beach Diani Beach and is equipped with European standards.
Likewise, the villa is located in the direct vicinity of a large supermarket, where you can find cheap food and everything you need for a perfect holiday.
Since the Kenyan life takes place mainly due to the pleasant temperatures outdoors, there is a large dining table on the covered terrace.
A few meters of the community pool (17x6) is meters, this provides them with comfortable internal staircase a gentle introduction. You will find in the pool area always enough pool chairs, umbrellas and seating.
The spacious Villa is plenty of room for 6 people.
2 bedrooms with respective double beds and 2 separate bathrooms are available in each case on the ground floor available. The gallery, which is located upstairs, is covered with a high Makuti roof, this ensures even on hot African days a pleasant climate throughout the home. Also another place to stay for 2 people in African style is possible upstairs. Also there is an associated bathroom. Of course, all three double beds are equipped with a large mosquito net, which offer a good nights sleep. In all 3 baths there is a spacious shower, washbasin with mirror and a toilet. The kitchen next to a large fridge with freezer compartment above a large cooker with electricity and gas operation, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and a kettle. Dishes, glasses and cutlery are naturally present in sufficient quantity.
The house is rented with staff (night watchman, gardener, cleaner).

Excellent rapport qualité prix!

Après quelques bug de WiFi et d'eau chaude nous avons décidé de rester 10 jours. Très spacieuse maison dans le style africain,bien équipée(équipement de cuisine très complet), literie confortable. Nous avons eu droit à la visite quotidienne d'une petite famille de grivets (petit singe très mignon) Tout le personnel de la copropriété est extrêmement gentil et discret. Piscine et jardin bien tenus , le tout bien sécurisé. Evelyn qui s'occupe de la remise des clefs et qui gère le bien est très agréable contrairement au propriétaire allemand (pas sur place). Nous sommes une famille avec deux enfants 4 et 10 ans et notre séjour à été de qualité grâce à cet hébergement qui a l'avantage d être au coeur du quartier de tous les restos, à 200 m de la mer et très calme car loin des beachsboys. Bref je recommande vivement cette location Ne passez pas par le proprio mais par Evelyn pour louer +2547208355597
