### Deluxe 1BR Apartment with Breakfast

This modern-looking apartment is on the second floor of a clean and spacious house within a gated compound. It is suitable for a couple who would like to have a quiet place to stay in Diani while still being close to the town centre. Breakfast is included and can be served in the room between 7 and 9 am. The place is private and secure and only a 7 minutes walk away from the beach. There is a spacious garden with a large swimming pool and a shaded gazebo with two sun beds.  
  
The apartment has a modern bedroom with a queen-sized bed and a bathroom en suite, including a hot shower and toilet. In the living room, you find a sofa bed, television and a breakfast table with dining chairs. There is also a private balcony with lounge seats overlooking the pool and garden.
