Disliked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy

Beyond the garden

Though much is said about the garden and put in the picture, the residence did not live up to our expectations. Communications with the manager/owner (Noelle) were erratic, although the attendant (Stephen) was nice and paid attention. The apartment was below standards for ease of access at arrival, comfort, and overall attention to clients' expectations.
